Shipping services can be arranged in all countries. Please place an order on the eguchitoys official website. Some furniture cannot be shipped overseas due to its size. If you have any questions, please send us an email.
We have a 7-day appreciation period, which means you have 7 days to request a return after receiving the item.
Please note that the goods must not be worn or used.
Product Replacement/Repair Process
1. Please contact customer service in advance and send the product and invoice back to 1F, No. 46, Lane 3, Lane 106, Section 3, Minquan East Road, Songshan District, Taipei City, and provide the delivery information. You can also go to the directly-operated store for repair during business hours.

2. If the product is damaged by human factors, the customer needs to pay the shipping fee by himself; if the product is defective, eguchitoys will be responsible for the full shipping fee
3. After the one-year warranty period, maintenance fees will be charged
